Service and independence

GLM 5.3 Online is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with Z.ai. We provide a web interface, API gateway and related account features on an as-available basis. Model behavior, upstream availability and supported capabilities can change, and generated output may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

Accounts and API keys

You must provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials and API keys. Activity performed with your credentials is treated as account activity until you notify us of suspected compromise. Do not publish a key in browser code, a public repository or a shared log. We may rotate, restrict or revoke a key when necessary to protect the account or service.

Credits, subscriptions and payment

Usage is deducted from the credit balance according to the prices displayed when a request is made. Subscription credits expire at the end of the applicable monthly period; top-up packages use the validity displayed at purchase. Charges, taxes, refunds and cancellations are subject to the checkout terms and applicable law. A failed or reversed payment can suspend the related credits or plan.

Acceptable use

• Do not violate applicable law, another person’s rights or a provider policy.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, evade rate limits, distribute malware or interfere with service operation.
• Do not use model output as a substitute for required professional judgment in a high-impact decision.
• Use security and vulnerability-analysis features only on systems you own or are expressly authorized to test.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You authorize us and necessary providers to process that content to operate, secure and support the service. You are responsible for having permission to submit it and for assessing whether output can be used for your purpose. The site design, original documentation and service software remain protected by their applicable rights.

Suspension, disclaimers and liability

We may limit or suspend access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk or a material breach of these terms. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free output. Liability limitations cannot exclude rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Changes

We may update the service or these terms. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an effective change constitutes acceptance where permitted; if you do not agree, stop using the service and contact support about account closure.
